Photoelectric radial-velocity measurements of the spectroscopic binary HD 105982, obtained in the Cambridge Galactic-Pole radial-velocity survey during 1976-1984, are combined with other published data in a table and used to determine the orbital parameters. The results presented include P = 1355 + or - 5 d, gamma = -15.85 + or - 0.15 km/s, K = 5.52 + or - 0.16 km/s, e = 0.297 + or - 0.025, omega = 238 + or - 5 deg, (T)4 = MJD 44,398 + or - 16, a(1)sin i = 98 + or - 3 Gm, and f(m) = 0.0206 + or - 0.0018 solar mass.
