Forty-two possible member of a group of halo stars moving with Ross 451 are isolated. The group members include several subgiants and HB stars as well as three VSPC (RR Lyr) variables WZ Hya, BH Peg, and BN Vul. Photometric and spectroscopic evidence gives [Fe/H] near -1.5 dex and the surface Li of the subgiants decreases by an order of magnitude between the main sequence turn-off point and Mυ˜+1.8 mag. Several of the stars that Majewski [ApJS, 78, 87 (1992)] finds in a velocity clump at the NGP are probably members of this or the Kapteyn's star group.
