The previously-unstudied object IRAS 19193+1443 is revealed by Spitzer Space Telescope images to be a bright, well-defined, slightly elongated ring approximately 40 arcsec in diameter, with a gap in one side and a nearly pointlike source within the ring. The gap in the ring is seen to have material extending outward from it, as if that section of the ring has been violently disrupted from inside. The IRAS colors of this object place it on the evolutionary track of AGB objects. There is no optical counterpart to IRAS 19193+1443, so it is evidently heavily obscured by dust. I suggest that this object is transitioning through the post-AGB stage, and that its shell from the initial mass ejection has already been disrupted by an unknown process, possibly a jet, in such a way as to eventually make it a nonspherical, and possibly asymmetrical, planetary nebula.
