Equations for the analysis of the light and radial velocity curves of extra-solar planetary transits, taking into account the possibility of eccentric orbits, have been previously published but some necessary details were not provided. This was due to the fact that no eccentric transiting system was known at the time. The situation changed with the discovery of an increasing number of systems showing significant eccentricities and requiring the availability of the full set of equations.
