A new catalog covers 20 April, 1991, to 3 October, 1995, the entire interval the EGRET instrument was operated in its normal wide-field-of-view mode. Although the techniques for generating the catalog were similar to those used for the second EGRET source catalog (Thompson et al. 1995) and the supplement thereto (Thompson et al. 1996), it is based on complete reprocessing of the EGRET data used for those documents. The reprocessing was carried out to implement time- and energy-dependent corrections to the EGRET sensitivity. A summary of the contents of the catalog will be presented, including new sources noted during CGRO Cycle 4 as well as new sources found in the summation of data over the 4.5 year interval. Some blazar identifications noted as questionable in the second catalog or its supplement have been confirmed, others have been ruled out, while some remain questionable.
