We have observed the S0 galaxy NGC 3115 in V and I bands at the CFHT using the LORAL-3 chip in the MOS light train in direct imaging mode. These observations were carried out on the night of January 1-2 1995 in mediocre seeing (1.8 to 2 arc-seconds). Four fields (north, south, east and west of the galaxy center) were observed for 1800 seconds in V and 900 seconds in I. We find that the V-I colours of objects centered about this galaxy are distinctly uninmodal. We take this to indicate that NGC 3115 underwent a single cluster formation epoch. Future reduction of already aquired spectra of cluster candidates about this galaxy will provide insight to the mass/light distribution of NGC 3115.
