Objects in the magnitude range 12.5 < B < 18.5 and redshift range 0.07 <= z <= 0.3 are selected from surveys and catalogs entered into NED and SIMBAD, and their appearance is examined on Palomar Observatory Sky Survey prints. Morphological types are assigned according to whether the objects appear starlike or resolved. Results are plotted on the Hubble Diagram B(z). Data from this larger data base confirm a previous estimate, that quasars are unresolved by telescopes of the 1.2m Schmidt class for B <= 21 - (3)/(4z). The demarcation appears to be independent of the heterogeneity of the selection of objects. The transition from a wholly resolved to a partially resolved distribution appears to occur at a boundary ~ 0.4 mag brighter than L(star ) (H_o=50). The region between the two boundaries is a semi-empirical definition of the galaxy-quasar transition zone for cameras of the 1.2m Schmidt class.
