An outline of the present status is given for the multichannel polarimeter which has been used for various fields of observational research since 1979 mostly on the 91-cm telescope at the Dodaire Station. The instrument was constructed mainly for the simultaneous photometry and polarimetry of blazars at eight effective wavelengths between 0.36-0.90 microns.
