In some aspect the Berwald-Moore metric appears to be similar to the pseudoeucledian metric. Besides the 4D Finsler space with the Berwald-Moore metric is associated with the commutative associative algebra R4. It gives possibility to find the group of transformations analogous to the Lorentz group, the group being associated with multiplication by a unit length number. In the report the law of velocity transformation for the Finsler space is analyzed. This transformation law is used to research the property of the relict radiation anisotropy. The anisotropy structure contains both the dipole part and the more complicated part, it corresponding to the modern cosmic experimental data received with satellites. It gives origin to the hypothesis that the space-time possesses the Finsler metric.
