Radial Velocities, Proper Motions

Scientific paper

The General Catalogue of Stellar Radial Velocity is a compilation of the radial velocities for about 15,000 stars, available to the author up to January 1951. Systematic differences were carefully studied and removed, providing therefore velocities in an homogenized system.
The electronic version of the catalog is not identical to the printed version: notes and designations from "Personal lists" are not included and galactic coordinates were added.
The velocities computed here can also be found in the "WEB Catalog of Radial Velocities" (Duflot et al. 1995, Cat. III/190)
(1 data file).
