We construct a multi-time theory, in the framework of which cosmological acceleration is a natural phenomenon without a cosmological constant or a similar notion. The main point of this theory is that gravity interaction and electromagnetic interaction each has its own time, respectively. Also we give a concrete model of this theory which is consistent with observations. Further we discuss future observations which may improve this theory in the future.
