The central positions of the blue photographic image of six X-ray globular clusters, NGC 1851, 6440, 6441, 6624, 6712, and 7078 (M 15), have been determined in the equatorial coordinate system to an accuracy on the order of + or - 1 arcmin. This two-orders-of-magnitude improvement in cluster central positions is a by-product of a larger program to determine axial ratios and orientations for 120 galactic globular clusters.
