A higher-order closed system of moment equations is presented for
plasmas and clusters of stars. A generalized fluid theory required for
the description of time-dependent, spatially nonhomogeneous,
anisotropic, multispecies, spherically symmetric systems of particles
obeying an inverse-square law of interactions is developed.
