Results of the photoelectric observation of the eclipse of Saturn's largest moon, Titan, by the planet, an event only observable during Saturnian equinox, are reported. The eclipse of December 20, 1980 was monitored using a filter centered at 6600 A with a half-width of 400 A through more than seven magnitudes of light loss. Comparison of the light curve obtained for Titan with that for the 71-3a Jovian eclipse of Europa suggests that, at least at the latitude observed (25 deg S), aerosols in the Saturn atmosphere have a lesser effect than those in the Jupiter atmosphere.
