A brief review is given of the observations of extragalactic radio
sources made in recent years. Attention is given to the structure of
radio galaxies and quasars, to the variability of extragalactic radio
sources, and to superluminal expansion, normal galaxies, and
observations of neutral hydrogen and molecules in galaxies.
