Scientific paper

The reported observation in underground detectors of high-energy muons
from the direction of the compact binary X-ray source CYG X-3 (2030 +
4047) cannot be explained by conventional physics. In this paper some
explanations for the effect based upon unconventional physics are
reviewed.
