Results are reported for UBV photographic observations of a previously unknown flare star in the Orion region during a slow flare. The coordinates of this flare star are: right ascension 5 hr 34.3 min, declination -5 deg 38 min (1950.0). The star's U, B, and V magnitudes at minimum light are given along with the Julian dates and times at which the flare was observed, the flare amplitudes in each color, and the maximum flare magnitudes. Light curves in the three colors are constructed for the flare period, and the star is estimated to be of spectral type K5-K7. It is noted that the star attained maximum light simultaneously in the three colors.
