The power radiated in frequency and angle per unit volume of a streaming electron-positron plasma that is permeated by a circularly polarized large-amplitude magnetohydrodynamic wave is calculated as a model by which to study the modifications of the synchro-Compton process induced by a plasma environment. In comparison with the corresponding vacuum synchro-Compton radiation, dramatically enhanced radiation rates and maximum radiated frequencies are found for highly relativistic streaming velocities.
