The Fokker-Planck (FP) equations for the interaction between magnetic monopoles and charged particles are investigated. The orbit in the two-body problem is solved, and the scattering angle of two-body collisions is calculated along with the first-order and second-order mean collisional deviations in velocity in the FP equations. The FP equations that govern the interaction between the magnetic monopoles and the charged particles are obtained. The relaxation time is used to complete a closed set of MHD equations which can serve as a starting point for investigating linear waves and linear stability in a plasma containing magnetic monopoles.
