Investigation of the motion of a spheroid with an infinitely small mass under the attraction of two other spheroids which have finite masses and describe circular orbits about a common center of mass. Assuming that the equatorial planes of all three spheroids coincide during the entire period of motion, librational solutions are obtained, and the problem of the stability of motion in the sense of Liapunov near libration points is considered.
