A brief review is given of the present status of knowledge of low-energy molecular collisions. Theoretical works on the rotational and vibrational transitions and the collision-induced dissociation are surveyed. In the Appendix a list of references is given for theoretical works on collision processes relevant, particularly, to interstellar cloud physics.
