Lists containing 68 pairs and 21 triplets of Abell clusters of galaxies are presented. The selection criterion for the multiple clusters is the ratio of the distance between members of a system and the distance to the nearest neighboring cluster. About 75 other multiple systems are identified as random (i.e., optical) pairs or triplets. Evidence for the physical association of the clusters comprising the nonrandom pairs and triplets is discussed. The average diameter of a pair of clusters is estimated to be 4.8 Mpc, assuming a Hubble constant of 75 km/s per Mpc.
