The large dust cloud in the region of the association Per OB 2 has been mapped in the 1667-MHz line of OH and in the 21-cm emission line of H I. The distributions of peak antenna temperature and column density of OH correlate well with interstellar extinction. For the H I emission a simple correlation is not present. The velocity fields of OH and H I are similar. The velocities of CH are in good agreement with those of OH. It is concluded that H I, dust, OH, and CH and other molecules are physically associated in one cloud. The kinematics of the dust cloud and of the stellar association seem to be related.
