The Norwegian sounding rocket program is described including future projects up till 1981. Main projects cover the fields of the effects in the plasma produced by electron guns, aurora pulsations, plasma irregularities in the E and F region, process and dynamics of the mid-atmosphere, effects in the plasma produced by a ground based high power HF transmitter, and ionospheric effects related to the poleward leap. A total of 25 rocket payloads are programmed for the period.
