The results are given of spectral observations of 42 galaxies with ultraviolet excess. Spectra were obtained with the 6-m telescope of the Special Astrophysical Observatory of the USSR Academy of Sciences with UAGS the spectrograph in conjunction with a scanner. Emission lines are observed in the spectra of 27 galaxies; one object, No. 82, exhibits the features of Seyfert galaxies. In the spectrum of galaxy No. 188 lines are not observed in the fairly wide wavelength interval 3550-7130 A.
