An investigation is presented of three-wave interactions of Jeans-type waves in a galactic gaseous disk, the typical scales of the waves exceeding the thickness of the disk. The Hamiltonian formalism is used to derive the equations describing wave interaction. Conditions of decay are determined, and the decay instability growth rate is calculated. Solutions are obtained in the form of steady-state triplets of interacting waves. It is suggested that the present results can be used to investigate the weak turbulence of a 'gas' of interacting waves in a galactic gaseous disk.
