The influence of large-scale motions on the structure and parameters of interstellar clouds is studied. The analysis establishes that turbulent pressure significantly increases the mass of the equilibrium clouds. The dependence of the maximal mass of an equilibrium cloud on the velocity of the turbulent motion is obtained, and a qualitative model of a massive cloud is constructed under the assumption that it consists of several zones with turbulent velocity decreasing toward the center. The possible existence of massive clouds without internal heat sources associated with young stars of high luminosity immersed within them or generated by supersonic turbulent motions is discussed. It is found that if the clouds contain internal heat sources, the stability of the massive clouds must be increased and their lifetimes lengthened.
