The second portion of a southern 21-cm survey at low galactic latitudes is described using the Parkes 64-m telescope and a velocity resolution of 2 km/sec. Longitude-velocity maps are given for the galactic equator from a longitude of 230 deg to a longitude of 350 deg. In addition, latitude-velocity maps are presented for 17 tracks perpendicular to the galactic equator, spread over the longitude range 263-343 deg.
