Numerical approaches are outlined that are implemented in the Multi-Scale Fluid-Kinetic Simulation Suite (MS-FLUKSS). A comparison is presented of different methods implemented in MS-FLUKSS to remove spurious magnetic charge from the computational region. The suite application is shown to modeling the solar wind (SW) interaction with the local interstellar medium (LISM) under 22nd and 23rd solar minimum condutions.
