We apply the quadrupole power spectrum estimator to the SDSS Luminous Red Galaxies to quantify the anisotropy due to the redshift distortion and geometric distortion. We find from our preliminary results that the measured spectrum takes the positive values in low k and turn to negative in high k which is consistent with the predictions by the linear redshift distortions and Fingers-of-God effects. We find the measured spectrum is consistent with the model with the bias parameter b˜2 and pairwise peculiar velocities σ_p˜ 400km/s.
