We evaluate the escape fraction of ionizing photons (f_{esc}) from a high-z proto-galaxy by three dimensional radiative transfer calculations. We use, as a model galaxy, a result of ultra high resolution hydrodynamic simulation by tet{MM06}, which shows Lyman alpha emitter (LAE) feature at z≥ 5.8, and then Lyman break galaxy (LBG) feature at z=5.0-3.7. LAEs and LBGs can be strong ionizing sources in the high-z universe. Therefore it is significant to estimate the f_{esc} of LAEs and LBGs. By distributing interstellar dust consistently with the star formation history and considering the dust extinction, we estimate the f_{esc} of LAEs and LBGs precisely. As a result, we find that the f_{esc} of LAEs and LBGs are quite small (f_{esc} = 1% - 3%).
