The catalogue presents integrated parameters in optical (BV) and near-infrared (JHKs) passbands for 650 Galactic open clusters. The integral magnitudes are based on the most probable cluster members selected from the high-precision, homogeneous all-sky catalogue ASCC-2.5 (Kharchenko, 2001, Cat. ). The integrated magnitudes are computed by adding the individual luminosities of the most secure cluster members. In order to put the computed magnitudes into a uniform and unbiased system they were corrected for the effect of unseen stars in the ASCC-2.5. The clusters in the catalogue are sorted according to their order in the COCD.
The file tablelf.dat presents cluster luminosity functions (CLF) in five BVJHK_s photometric passbands for three cluster samples which differ by the upper limit of age of the included clusters: logt<=9.5, logt<=8.0, logt<=7.0. The CLFs in each passband are constructed with clusters which are apparently brighter than the respective completeness magnitude. The Poisson error for every value of the log10(CLF) given in the table is the same, and is equal to 0.217.
