Superheavy particles with masses m_X > 1013 GeV are effectively produced in post-inflationary epoch in the Early Universe. Being superheavy, they never reach the thermal equilibrium with the matter and can constitute considerable fraction of Cold Dark Matter at present. Protected by weakly broken symmetry (e.g. by gauge discrete symmetry) these particles can have lifetime much larger than the age of the Universe. Decays of these particles produce Ultra High Energy Cosmic Rays (UHECR). As every other form of Cold Dark Matter, these particles are accumulated in the halo of our Galaxy and due to this enhancement their decays produce UHECR without GZK cutoff. The signatures of this model are excess of UHE photons and anisotropy caused by non-central position of the Sun in the halo.
