Structures of the central part of AGNs are discussed based on AGN observations with ASCA and in relation to Galactic black hole candidates. Topics are: 1) Time variation of X-ray flux from NGC4258 in which the mass of the central black hole was estimated from the water-maser observation. 2) A broad and skewed iron line structure observed from Syefert galaxies. 3) Warm absorbers in the central part of Seyfert galaxies. 4) Spetral properties of narrow line Seyfert 1 galaxies. 5) Comparion of spectral properties of radio galaxies with those of Seyfert galaxies
