We study the spectral characteristics and kilohertz QPO in the persistent flux before and after an X-ray burst which is associated with a simultanuous transition of X-ray flux, QPO frequency, Very-Low-Frequency-Noise and spectrum observed in Aql X-1. The correlation between kilohertz QPO frequency and X-ray flux (2-10 keV) before the flux transition would have led to a QPO frequency drop of ~99 +- 30 Hz, more than twice of the observed 37 +- 5 Hz. A Very-Low-Frequency-Noise (VLFN) with a fractional root-mean-square (rms) amplitude of 1.2% dissapeard after the X-ray burst. The spectral difference between the spectra before and after the flux transition can be represented by the flux drop of the two blackbody (BB) components, which are probably originated from near the neutron star surface and the accretion disk respectively. The X-ray burst probably gave rise to the transition.
