The influence of general-relativistic effects on charge distribution inside neutron star is investigated. The qualitative distinction of space charge distribution inside conducting crust from that inside superconducting core allows us to propose a possible mechanism of radio-wave radiation produced in intermediate medium inside pulsar. A possibility of modelling this radiation in laboratory experiments in rotating frame of reference is analysed.
