It is known that the fraction of the non-inflationary solutions in closed FRW universe with a massive scalar field is about 1/4 in angular measure. The presence of ordinary matter in the form of perfect fluid can enlarge this ratio. The most "worse" ratio is founded to be about 0.6. Corresponding values of perfect fluid density for the cases of dust, ultrarelativistic matter and massless scalar field maximizing this ratio are obtained.
