It is generally considered that most long duration GRB come from Cosmological Distances. We show how the effects of a significant cosmological constant effect can help provide an explanation to one of the puzzling effects of the Hardness vs Duration and intensity the current BATSE 4B Catalogue. We also show that the Universe withomega lamda = 0.7 andomega M = 0.3 behaves like an empty Universe for z < 3 and we show that lnN vs lns distribution for GRB's is consistent with this behavior and some suitable evolution. If correct this implies the Universe is Quasi Euclidean and Flat in this Z range (in the co-moving system).
