Photometric and radial velocity data for 27 Cepheids with P greater than
9 d are analyzed and the results combined with those for 21
shorter-period stars observed in an identical manner. The data are
examined for evidence of binary companions and the radii of these stars
are determined as well as a period-radius relation for Cepheids.
