INTEGRAL has made significant advances in the study of accreting black holes and neutron stars. Progress has occurred both through the discovery of a large number of new "IGR" X-ray binaries as well as through improved observations of previously known sources. To date, INTEGRAL has detected over 500 hard X-ray sources, including approximately 200 X-ray binaries. Many of the new IGR binaries have unusual properties such as high levels of obscuration due to material local to the system (likely the stellar wind in most cases) and strong hard X-ray flares that have led to a new class of sources, Supergiant Fast X-ray Transients. The large number of supergiant systems has implications for our view of the High-Mass X-ray Binary (HMXB) population. Many of the IGR HMXB pulsars are also notable for having slow neutron star rotation periods. In addition, INTEGRAL has obtained interesting results for black hole X-ray binaries by extending hard X-ray coverage to hundreds of keV, most notably constraining the shape of the hard state energy spectrum. JAT acknowledges partial support from NASA grants NNX07AQ13G and NNX08AC91G.
