The astrometric and photometric parameters of 223 classical Cepheids are presented in Hipparcos Catalogue. Based on the recent spectroscopic and photometric measurements, the radial velocity data and the photometric data from various sources have been collected. Applying the PL relation derived by Feast and Catchpole, the distances of the Cepheids are obtained.
