The observations of eight planetary nebulae carried out with the infrared spectrometer, IRSPEC, in the range of 3.0 to 3.8 microns, are reported. They were collected in June 1988 at the European Southern Observatory (Chile) and were performed in a continuous mode with a spectral resolution of about 1100. In the infrared spectra, the unidentified infrared features are observed and discussed in the light of theories concerning dust grain properties. Photometric standard stars are observed in order to data calibrate in flux units.
