The XMM and Chandra COSMOS survey are specially dedicated labs to study
the environment of AGN. I present the first results of the study of the
AGN-Cluster/group cross-correlation function compared with the
AGN-autocorrelation function. Results point toward a scenario where AGN
preferentially reside in moderate overdensities.
