The third phase of the Optical Gravitational Lensing Experiment (OGLE-III) observed Large and Small Magellanic Clouds for 8 years with 1.3 m telescope located at Las Campanas Observatory, Chile. Typically 500 epochs were collected and altogether 40 million objects were monitored. Even though the prime focus of observations was photometry not astrometry we can measure proper motions as small as 1 mas/year for around 10^5 Milky Way stars. For at least a hundred of them we will also measure paralaxes. We present current status of the project
