A CCD observation of IRAS 04139+2737 in the dark cloud B209 in Taurus is
reported. The source appears as a small nebulous object and has IR
colors suggesting that it is either a molecular cloud core or a galaxy.
The shape of the source in the CCD image shows that it is a previously
unidentified galaxy.
