Pulsar magnetospheres contain charged particles. These particles give rise to electric currents and create a distortion of the dipolar electromagnetic field associated with the star. The authors consider the effect of given patterns of current and space charge density distribution, particularly those with superluminal velocities located beyond the speed of light cylinder.
