Two spectrometers yielded 25,000 measurements for 10,000 stars likely to be included in the Input Catalog for the HIPPARCOS mission. The measurements represent 20% of the total of cold stars of the catalog. The programs covered deficient F-stars, evolved F-stars, the solar neighborhood, halo stars, late spectral supergiant stars, and dwarfs and giants in open clusters.
