A possibility of the joint determination of the corrections of AES orbital elements, positions of zero points and systematic errors of star catalogues using optical observations with erroneous time moments is considered. Systematic errors are taken as expansions in Fourier series. The results obtained in a model example show that the conditional equations without time errors allow one to obtain orbital elements, the position of zero points and coefficients of the systematic errors of fundamental star catalogues with sufficient accuracy.
