Scientific paper

A simple stellar-dynamic model of galactic coronae is considered which
has nearly radial motions and an inverse-square density law. Processes
are examined by which these systems became spherical and underwent
quasi-steady contraction at the early evolutionary stage when they were
still basically gaseous.
