The problem of observational constraints on antimatter in the Universe is re-investigated. It is shown that some previous investigations of annihilation are in error. It is emphasized that symmetric cosmologies in which the spectrum of emulsion scales is predominantly given by cluster scales are not precluded by currently derived observational limits, whilst specific macroscopic inclusions on smaller scales which retain their identity cannot be precluded.
